1. Who we are

This site (novapoiint.myshopify.com) is an online store run by Drakos Luminis. By browsing it and placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products, prices and availability

We do our best to keep photos and descriptions accurate. Because every piece is hand painted, there can be small differences in tone between units; that isn't considered a defect.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and availability at any time and without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase.

Limited-time offers, countdown timers and stock indicators are promotional tools; they aren't a guarantee that a price will change at an exact moment.

3. Orders

Getting the confirmation email means we've recorded your order, not that we've accepted it. We may cancel or decline an order if we spot an obvious pricing error, a system failure, suspected fraud or an inventory problem. If that happens, we refund you in full.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and the payment providers enabled on this store. We never store your card details.

5. Using the product

The lamp is meant for decorative indoor use. It has to be installed following the included instructions and connected to a suitable USB power source. It isn't a toy: keep it away from small children. We're not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or by any use other than the intended one.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design and images on this site belong to Drakos Luminis or are used with permission. They can't be reproduced without authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one in force.
