Shipping Policy
Cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to every destination we ship to.
Delivery times
- Processing: 24 to 48 business hours from the moment you place your order.
- United States: 5 to 9 business days once the package ships.
- Everywhere else (Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East): 7 to 14 business days.
These are estimates. Busy seasons, carrier delays and customs processing can stretch them out.
Tracking
The moment your package leaves the warehouse you get an email with a tracking number. If 72 hours go by after that email and tracking still hasn't updated, email us and we'll look into it.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address before you pay. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you catch a mistake, email us right away: if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it.
Customs and import taxes
International orders can be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. When they apply, they're charged by customs or the carrier and paid by the customer. They're outside our control and aren't included in the price.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package gets lost or arrives damaged, email us at negociofamiliar2407@outlook.com and we'll sort it out: a replacement or a refund.
